1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using Event Country, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, app, booking forms, organizer forms or support services.

These Terms apply to visitors, travellers, customers, organizers, tour providers, partners and anyone who accesses Event Country services.

2. What Event Country does

Event Country helps people discover tours, events, activities, adventures and travel experiences. The platform may connect travellers with organizers, tour operators, hosts or experience providers.

Some experiences may be provided directly by third-party organizers. In those cases, the organizer is responsible for delivering the experience safely, accurately and professionally.

3. Accounts and information you provide

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting a booking request, contacting support, creating an account, or applying as an organizer.

• You should not use false names, fake contact details or misleading information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure where account access is available.
• Event Country may refuse, suspend or remove access where misuse, fraud or harmful behaviour is suspected.

4. Booking requests and confirmations

A booking request does not always mean the experience is confirmed immediately. Some bookings may require organizer approval, availability checks, payment confirmation or additional information.

You should carefully read the event details, date, location, included items, exclusions, cancellation terms, age requirements, safety notes and any organizer instructions before booking.

5. Prices, automatic currency display and exchange rates

Event Country may automatically display prices in a currency that matches the visitor’s country, timezone, browser settings or approximate location. For example, a visitor in the United Kingdom may see GBP, while a visitor in Ghana may see GHS.

Automatic currency display is provided to make browsing easier. Exchange rates may change, and the final checkout amount may depend on payment provider support, live rates, fees, taxes or organizer settings.

• Each event may have a base price and base currency set by the organizer.
• The displayed local price may be converted from the base price.
• The final payable amount should be reviewed before payment is submitted.
• Refunds may be processed in the original payment currency unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or organizer.

6. Payments and payment providers

Event Country may use payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or other supported services. Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy rules, security checks, supported currencies and processing times.

Event Country should not ask you to send full card details through normal email, social media messages or unsecured forms. Payments should be completed only through approved payment flows shown on the official website or app.

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on the event, organizer, destination, timing, weather, safety conditions, local regulations and payment provider rules.

• Some bookings may be refundable within a stated period.
• Some experiences may be non-refundable after confirmation or near the event date.
• If an organizer cancels, Event Country may help communicate next steps, replacement options or refund support where applicable.
• Processing times for refunds may depend on banks and payment providers.

8. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers, hosts and tour providers are responsible for the information and services they provide through Event Country.

• Listings must be accurate, honest and not misleading.
• Prices, availability, dates, locations and included items should be kept updated.
• Organizers are responsible for required licences, permissions, insurance, safety procedures and local compliance.
• Organizers must treat travellers fairly and respond to reasonable booking or support enquiries.
• Organizers must not upload illegal, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or copyrighted content without permission.

9. User conduct

When using Event Country, you agree not to:

• misuse the website, app, forms, payment pages or support systems;
• attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, fake bookings or false organizer applications;
• upload harmful code, spam or misleading content;
• harass, threaten or abuse other users, organizers or Event Country staff;
• copy, scrape or misuse platform content without permission;
• use Event Country for unlawful or unsafe activity.

10. Content, media and reviews

Event Country pages may show photos, videos, descriptions, reviews, ratings, organizer information and travel guide content. Content may be provided by Event Country, organizers, users or third-party sources.

By submitting content to Event Country, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Event Country may remove content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, offensive, illegal or unsuitable for the platform.

11. Service availability and liability

Event Country works to keep the website, app and booking services available, but we cannot guarantee that every page, feature, listing, exchange rate, payment flow or third-party service will always work without interruption.

Travel and activity experiences may include risks. Travellers should follow safety instructions, use reasonable care and check whether an experience is suitable for their age, health, fitness, travel documents and circumstances.
