Days 1–4: Accra and orientation
Use Accra to understand independence history, pan-African connections and contemporary Ghana. Include a mix of guided experiences and free time.
Days 5–7: Central Region
Base yourself near Cape Coast or Elmina for heritage, coastal culture and reflection. Choose experiences that explain both historical sites and the life of communities today.
Days 8–10: Kumasi and Ashanti culture
Explore history, craft and cultural institutions. Confirm whether any special cultural event is public and appropriate for visitors before attending.
Days 11–13: Nature or another regional focus
Add the Volta Region or another destination aligned with your interests. Keep the route realistic and confirm local transport.
Day 14: Departure preparation
Use the final day for a calm return, packing and checking travel arrangements rather than a distant excursion.
