Days 1–2: Arrive and understand Accra
Use the arrival day for rest, orientation and a simple neighbourhood experience. On the second day, explore selected historical, cultural and creative locations with enough time for meals and conversation.
Days 3–4: Central Region heritage
Travel to the Cape Coast or Elmina area and stay overnight. Use one day for heritage interpretation and another for a complementary cultural, community or nature experience.
Days 5–7: Return to Accra with flexibility
Return without filling every hour. Use the final days for markets, food, art, shopping from local makers, a booked experience or family time. Keep the last evening calm before departure.
